Let’s start a conversation.

Whether you’re exploring a placement, asking about our home or thinking about joining the team, we’d like to hear from you.

Placement enquiries

A useful first conversation.

If you are exploring residential care, we can talk about All Saints House, our three-bed EBD home and Polar’s approach. A first conversation is a chance to ask questions and understand the next steps; it does not confirm suitability or availability.

Local authority teams, social workers and families are welcome to get in touch. To start, let us know your role or organisation, how we can contact you and the general nature of your enquiry.

Ask about the provision

You may want to discuss residential care, everyday life in the home, our therapeutic approach or how Polar works with the people involved in a young person’s care.

Keep the first message general

Please leave out children’s names, dates of birth, case histories and other personal records. Speak with our team about the appropriate way to share information needed for a placement discussion.

Discuss what happens next

Ask about current availability, information the team may need and any further conversation or visit. Arrangements depend on the individual enquiry and the young person’s needs.
